So I got in my car this morning drove to school and parked it there at around 8am. Nothing was wrong it was a 5 minute drive.
About 11:20am I get back in the car; I find two cracks on the plastic face. Wtf? [ninja] ninjas come crack it?

Is it replacable and anyone got a part number for it? It better not be part of the whole damn cluster.

I know on the old one you can replace just the plastic cover. I think you should be able to do it on your 09 as well.

Try contacting a junk yard. You my be able to buy a whole instrument panel for what they want for the plastic.

I have never had a problem with my 08. I live where it will get to 110 plus in the summer and I dont have tint. I do have tan cloth interior, but I have never had any problems, and really nothing like this.

Ok Shenanigans again.
Parked the car since Tuesday and got in today around 12pm and found a new crack forming on the right side now.
This time I was not in the sun it's been cold and its under my carport.
It's smaller, about 1/3 the length of one of those there and the furthest left one is getting longer and is about to meet the 2nd one.

While my car was getting an oil change I had my dealer look up whether or not it's a cluster or a separate piece. Got many answers it's the entire cluster while there seems to be a few people that found a separate part for it so it's not the entire cluster.
Part number is 8S4Z*10890*A and they want $56.48 before tax for it.

So it's not too bad.. but it could be worse.
But wtf made it crack? The only thing I can think of is the Armorall the body shop wiped on it from when my car was in there for the acorn dents to be fixed. They armorall'd everything.
