Today marks the anniversary of a devistating, unforgivable act of harm on our country. I cannot even begin to imagine what it felt like for those who learned they lost someone in that horrific event.
I also cannot begin to imagine what it had to feel like to be called into duty, due to what had happened.
Just thinking about that terrifies me.
But when those cowards came knocking, you stood up to answer. You answered for me, you answered for my mother, you answered for the guy up the road.
You respresented America in saying "oh hell no".
I hope that by posting in the Military thread while not being Military doesn't offend anyone.
I just want to extend a virtual hand, and sincerely thank all of you.
