I'm looking to put police-style center caps & trim rings on my 2003 Focus. Googled so much that my computer hates me now!
Anyone have any leads on something that'll fit a 14-inch steelie? Not too worried about the rings, they seem to be easily had. The center caps, however, are proving to be a real dig so far.
I'd like something like these with the contrasting black band...
...but would consider an all-chrome piece.

I love the idea, considered doing something like that to my steelies. Post up pics if you get them on with a write up or something!
Sorry I don't have any ideas.

Ah man I love the way those cop wheels look. That was my favorite style of wheel for the police cruisers. Then they went to a flat style one that looks u g l y. Good luck with your search.

I love having cop car wheels on my Mustang -
But that's cuz it WAS a cop car - California Highway Patrol actually. [wiggle]
TVCasualty, I'd hold off on the trim rings once you find the right center caps. The wheels look tougher without the rings on them.

Police cars don't usually have trim rings, do they? Just the center cap. Otherwise the rings would be flying off in chases, a la the wheel covers in Bullitt. [:D]
I did something similar on my Transit Connect since I hated the stock plastic wheel covers (and it's a company vehicle). I polished up the stock black steelies and put on some eBay stainless trim rings... but I got hung up on center caps too. The Euro version has black plastic center caps but I couldn't find them here, and the alternative was to pay astronomical shipping from Europe for 4 tiny plastic caps. So I just painted the hubs black.
I hate to be a downer but I think you're going to have a hard time getting what you are looking for. [dunno]

You might try looking for ford tempo or older escorts wheels. I believe that they are 4x108 and had steelies with contrasting center caps on some. There are a lot of them on ebay.
