Ok so , would you buy one SEL or titanium with manual transmission when it's available ? i hear rumours that Ford will offer them next year , they better get the 6 speed :P I really don't need 250 hp for my daily drive so i will definitely buy titanium with sport suspension
[thankyou] Ford [thankyou]

Not me. That's the only reason I'm not getting an ST, it will only be manual.

Maybe if they offered 170-200hp. I don't want to pay $25k for leather and an extra 30hp/30tq. As is I'm not interested in the new Focus, extra power or competitive pricing with a manual could make it tempting.

As others here have said- for me, it isn't worth it upgrading 5 grand or so, even if they offered a manual, since the engine/suspension isn't getting any better.
For me, the SE with sport package is sublime sounding. Yes I'd prefer the Focus ST. But..27 grand base (more like 29 OTD)....Im sorry, but the car isn't *that* hot. Maybe if it was more lie the focus RS, then I'd be willing to drop almost 30 grand on it.

I would indeed - if for no other reason than the exterior and interior upgrades.
Until then, it's SE Sport or ST for me. The day manuals disappear is the day I stop being a car enthusiast.

had a manual transmission been available when I bought my SEL. I would have bought it.
