Looked all through the archives and did a search, but didn't see any how-to for removal of the seats, center console and carpet (ok, I could get the carpet out once I had the rest of the stuff out - LOL).
I want to Dynamat my floorboard, trunk and console area, so if anyone has some how-to with pics on seat and center console removal, that'd be great.
TIA!

Well the front seats are easy. 4 bolts at 4 corners Slide seat forward for rear 2 and backward for front two. The front bolts probably have a plastic cover over them so just pop those off
The back seat I'm not sure if I did it the official way but my way worked regardless.
Put your hand in the middle and the back side of the bottom cushion. Pull towards you upwards there and it should pop up a bit.
Don't force it after it pops
Go to the frontal side corners and lift up a bit and peek underneath. There will be a weird white thing with a black lever. Pull on the lever accordingly and it should release the seat latch. Do it again on the other side.
Fold the seat backs down and pull back the cloth a bit. There's velcro there on the corners. Unbolt them from the hinge 4 bolts per hinge.
The center console has bolts on the side everything should be well exposed after you removed the seats.
The plastic silver trim on the top pops up from the front where the 12v sockets are I believe, wait for another member to chime in on that part
tada all done.

Great. I'll give the back seat a look this weekend. I do hope someone else chimes in on the center console. I looked at the shift handle (it's an auto), and assume it just threads down? (I'd have to remove it to actually get the console out of the car is what I'm thinking), but it also has a tranny switch on the side, so threading seems like it'd wrap the wire up inside the lever? I'm not much of a DIYer, but given the finances these days, I'm trying - LOL.
Thanks!!
