svt handles vs zx3 handles [Archive]

I'm looking to buy new handles for my zx3 but are the svt ones panted or jus "smooth black"? The zx3 ones are textured black? I'm looking to get the svt ones that match the paint better. Any suggestions on where to get em?

SVT/ST/Sometimes SES ones are completely smoothed and painted.
