Sorry to ask....but why do you 'need' one? You like the look and 'want' one....or you have a specific handling issue you hope it will address?

We put a lot of extra stuff onto our cars that often don't actually help anywhere near as much as we think.

they just built a road course near my house and I plan to run auto x with it so I am gonna install a brace to see if it makes the car do any better (not that it isnt good right now)

You will 'feel' a slight difference, not near as much as with a rear brace. The focus is known for already having a very stiff setup so adding a front brace is probably 85-90% looks, 10-15% actual 'bracing'....

Chances are you won't feel much of a difference......

Everything helps, but for the money that you spend, you could be saving up for something a little more worth while.
I say get the progress rear sway. Its supposed to be a great addition to any suspension setup.

Normally I'd post a reminder that a strut brace might knock you out of stock class, but looking at your mods you're already way out of stock. If you're new to auto-x, don't mod your car, get practice with your car the way it is. Every time you change something, it's going to take you a couple events to get used to it.
