I think he deserves it, I see atleast three other people on that highway that could have been killed if he had lost control. Not worth the risk. You wanna go fast go to the track it's that simple then go as fast as you want. 190mph on the highway is very unsafe, what if that van driver he cut off was a few seconds faster, and at the same time when he thought he could control the car around him he blew his tire.

Yep...he and anybody else who does stupid stuff like that on the street deserve to be arrested for it.

Good lord that thing is fast!

But yes, I agree. He should not have been doing this on the freeway. In my opinion, driving like this should be kept on the track. Or at the very least, on a back road with no crossroads, where you're the only person. And you slow down to a normal speed if another car does come your way. That way, if you kill yourself, you only kill..yourself.

Can't believe the moron admitted it.

I there's also no way this will stand up in court. Key questions can't be answered by the tape, like speed.

Here's a good example that did go wrong.

Exactly^^, would he have been able to of avoided that if he wasn't trying to race going speed of excess of proble 60? YES! And all because his friend said " you a ricer now" I think that's what he said?

I don't think he should have been arrested. He posted a Youtube video, it could have been doctored/fake. if the cops caught him in the act, yes, arrest him. But, arresting him long after the crime because of 1 video does not really make sense. He did not hurt anybody, and just because he "could have" is not enough reason for me.

The only thing is though he already admitted he was guilty. And no he was not racing but there where other people on that highway besides him, we are not going to wait until he does kill someone screwing around on public highways when there are perfectly good track around to do that in.

oh, i did not know he already plead guilty. i must have missed that part.

there are LOADS of people like that on youtube, are we going to chase them all? still does not make sense to me.

Dang! Yeah that went wrong.

The guy going 190 on an Oklahoma freeway... that was crazy. Our roadways aren't built for that kind of speed, there are bumps, dips, potholes, and other imperfections in the road that could have sent that dude flying. [screwy]

exactly, i mean just from the video itself, how can someone know how fast he was going to begin with? the guy that got caught, shouldn't have admitted anything...nor had his face shown in the rear view mirror lol.

i wouldn't have arrested him but i would have made him aware that he is an idiot and that should we catch him speeding in this vehicle in the future we are not going to play nicely with him at all, and even if its only 10 over, he'd be toast. id have the vehicle info added to a BOLO list or equivalent then id end the conversation :)

Oh come off it.

The cars weren't even driving/speeding recklessly when the accident happened.

Look closely. The people in the Grand Marquis pulled out into a roadway without looking, and STOPPED.

People have been arrested for posting about drugs, rape and gang activity online, I don't see how this is any different. The guy did something illegal, made a vid of it and posted it for the World to see, and now He's dealing with the legal repercussions of His stupid little cry for attention. Cut and dry, IMO. You don't want to get busted doing something stupid, don't take vid and post it online. Failing that, don't freaking admit to it, jeez. I mean, how hard is it to figure that out?

Exactly. Anyone who has ever driven on this highway, or any highway in Oklahoma for that matter, realizes just how stupid this guy is. Keep it on the track where it's safe.

And that's why people don't get away with stuff. They record the dumb crap that they do and post it on YouTube. [facepalm] Glad he got arrested.

x 100.THIS HITS IT RIGHT ON THE NOSE!!!

Here in MA they have busted people for posting illegal stuff on YouTube.
About a year ago some [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)] down in New Bedford posted a rap video of himself using part of the rap song "Whoop That Trick". The problem is,the rap he made threatened a certain MA state trooper![ohcrap] Anyone who has had to deal with the MA State Police will tell you, they don't take any shit from ANYBODY!! Now the moron is facing numerous charges.

True^^, there was a incident in CT here where 4 girls lured 1 girl to here home and beat her and taped it, they all got charged. Some people are just stupid.

This has happened twice that I can think of, the other incident was a girl after school 5 girls beat her and taped it, and posted it. Kids are soo cruel and stupid now a days.
