Had a 2007 KIA and was time to move on. Looked around. Didn't need the carrying space and wanted good gas mileage. We go from Florida to Virginia about 5 times a year to see the grandkids so a medium sized trunk would do. Looked around and saw the Focus. I liked the SES model with rear wing, blacked out grill, 17 inch rims, she loved red. This is what we ended up with.

K&N air filter, Sylvania Ultra Brite tail lights and de-badged truck (chrome F-O-C-U-S and SES) are the first modifications.

I bought a 2010 SES sterling grey with the black interior with leather seats and sunroof and sound system. I absolutely love it! The one tough thing was getting them to find a manual transmission but we finally found one one of the best decisions i have made

There was no other chrome on the whole car except a little bit around the rear tail lights and I thought it looked pretty clean without the letters and badge. My wife's Pastor has a 10 Focus in Neutral (light green) and he put a wide black stripe down the center hood. When he saw the rear of ours, he went home and did the same thing.

I've already ordered the FOCUS 3rd brake light overlay from ebay. Not sure how it will look.

this is just a paint shop of mine without the emblems, i made this picture first then removed off my car. I like it with out the emblems better

I received the FOCUS vinyl overlay in the mail. I added it to the white 3rd brake light. Don't think it looks too bad.

I want to get the Focus Fanatics overlay for the FORD emblem but it says it's only for the 00-07 Focus and they are out of stock. I really wonder if the 10-11 Focus FORD emblem is different that the earlier models?

the 08+ models emblems are larger.
