Hi my name is brandon and im from yorktown virginia. I just today bought a 2004 svt focus, orange in color. its completely stock and runs amazing! i used to be a honda guy but then learned that i love focus's! i just need someone to tell me whats the best mods for a focus and what turbo kit is good/cheap. by cheap i mean under 2500 dollars. if anyone could help me that would be awesome! thanks alot

Welcome to FF. You aren't going to find a complete kit for under 3000. Some places to look at are topspeedperformance.net, focus central, there is a guy named turbotom he makes kits as well

^focus central has been out of business for years. if you check the buy-sell-trade forum religiously u should find one for around 2500 or maybe less

okay, im looking around about focuss, it looks like they dont make too much for them. and i havent reallys seen any really fast ones. are they not very poplular cars? i have like like the only one in my area

There are many fast Foci out there , It cost a lot to go Turbo on a Focus , If you get it turbocharged for 4000.00 you will be doing good

The Focus isnt like the Honda market or even close

Always keep your eyes open for a good deal on a turbo/supercharger kit in the forums. I picked a supercharger kit up on here about 4 months ago for just over 1500 dollars. Given turbos make more power and tq then superchargers it was too good of a deal to pass up. So always be on the lookout for a good deal. These are great cars, I love my svt. Good luck

i will deff keep my eye out, they arent slow stock but not as fast as i would like. my civic was pushin 220 all motor, it was pretty quick

look in the foreces induction section. there are many foci in the 400+ range, but its not cheap getting there.

the svt is pretty much maxed out as far as all motor, you can squeeze some more power out with a K&N air filter, get a tune for sure. bigger TB. other then that enjoy it for what it is, a corner carving machine!

this! the SVT..or just the focus for that matter, isnt a straight line car. its built for the twisties. now u can build it for straight line speed, but like stated, it is a bit expensive. i suggest going out to some auto-x events and see what u can do in stock form, and see where ur at compared to other vehicles.
