Whats up my good people. Been a while since i had a turbo question. The problem im having is my oil feed and oil return are setting at about a 5 degree angle, nearly level. The main problem is that i cant free up the bolts to clock the exhaust side of turbo. I know there isn't any oil pressure after the turbo, so gravity in effect here. Would it drain back properly? If it helps I'm using a t3/t4 with a wastegate block off for external wastegate.

My bad, i got confused, the oil return is setting on an incline. Wonder if i come off the header at less of an angle that would allow me enough down hill to flow right.

It would be A LOT better if you could get a shop to break the turbo housing bolts loose. You need the oil drain to point down at a sharper angle if you don't want any problems.

You will have to rotate the center section and get the drain and fill at 12 / 6 or you will have seal issues , soak the bolts good over night with a penitrate then with a long punch hit the head of the bolt like it was a nail , hit it to shock it then spray it some more , they will come loose
With a boxed in wrench be trying to losten them why some one with the punch is shocking them , this helps to break up the rust
When you replace the bolts make sure you use anti-seize on the bolts and the hole and this wont happen again
If the brake off which they may still do just have them drilled out
More then likely the housing will be seized to the center section as well and I will try to help with that when you get to it

And Tom, sharp eye on the olds. Don't hold it against me, i didn't paint it haha, but its torquey lol. I'll get some of the good rust stuff and hit it for couple days.
I just might get a matching set of turbo's pretty soon. ;)
