: FI for the SVT.. what are my options?

So I've been doing some looking around and it's seeming like there aren't very many options us SVT owners have anymore for going FI.

Xios has taken a leave for an undetermined amount of time and they seem to be the only ones offering a turbo kit for the SVT

Jackson Racing no longer does our twin screw (the only option is to find one used)

The only option I'm seeing is the CFM Procharger kit, and I kind of had my heart set on either a twin screw or the turbo. Just not a big fan of centrifugals...

Yes, the FSWerks kit will be a great kit. Also, FF must be way out of the loop because Top Speed has been making kits for over two years now. You want a sweet looking kit that is capable of a ton of power or a kit that will put down 300whp and be very easy to maintain?

FSWerks = cheap and easy
Top Speed = more potential but more cost

wow that was updated today too. From the looks of the youtube in the link it's a zx3 kit, I hope they are making an SVT variation of it!

Yes they are.

awesome, then I'll put aside the cash till FS kit is done and make a choice between the two. [scream][headbang] So happy these exist! I was beginning to think the performance market was giving up on us[bigcry]

Not even close, man. Both FSWerks and Top Speed are bumping up the support for the Zetec. Top Speed is really going the extra mile. They have already made some awesome aluminum intake manifolds, a dual fuel pump hanger, among other things. They are also in the process of making their own traction bar set. There is plenty of performance for us!

**Moved to the FI section**

Good luck finding a FI system for ya. As old as the SVT is getting you are almost to the point to where you will need a custom job.

Ray...not sure if you read the responses, but you DO NOT need a custom job. There is one *very high quality* kit out for the SVT already from Top Speed and the one coming from FSWerks will be out soon!!!!

Here is a link where a member used the top speed kit on an svt with stock head and intake manifold with outstanding results!

almost 390whp on less than 20psi!

Who sells the SPA kit? Was it CFM?

It's not really a "kit." It's a manifold, turbo, and downpipe, etc. Tom's DIY kit is more complete because he sells pre-fabbed intercooler pipes, which is a REALLY nice thing to have made for you. I had to cut up an eBay intercooler kit and it was a huge pain.

Yeah I had to cut up my cai piping and fab up the rest myself. Good thing I work in an exhaust shop.
