I hit a cat months ago, unavoidable, it was eating in the middle of I-40 and I had an 18 wheeler beside me.

Anyway, it trashed my splash guard, or whatever that black plastic under the front bumper is called. Here in Memphis, we only have one late model Ford parts junkyard. They want me to get the whole bumper. I can understand their point, but as it goes I'll have to wait until 2015 before they don't buy every junk 05 Focus that comes up to auction.

There's no black plastic piece under your front bumper? It's held on with the wimpy plastic push pins.

i got one i will sell u off my 05. i dont think the older ones had that piece
