I was just wondering because my friend has a tuner already set-up for a 2.0 Durtec engine and he doesn't see a problem lending me his tuner for a little bit. I was wondering if this is possible without any problems happening.

he would usually have to return his to stock before the flasher will be able to be used on your car

Correct , He would have to go back to stock with his car for you to be ables to tune yours
