Ok I had a fuse pop under the hood of the car it was a 15amp it was next to a 10amp fuse and i put a new fuse in and not all my lights don't work and all my gauges quit working too nothing works but my head lights the car will start and run fine no horn and brake lights no doom lights no gauges lights radio is out too I don't know what to do now. sounds like you may have blown more than a fuse or perhaps you had more than one popped. possibly a bad relay but i couldnt begin to point you to which one it could be. start pulling and checking fuses is all i could really say to do man.

All the fuse were good

Step one would be to check the manual to see what systems are powered by the fuse that blew, Second would be to pull/check/replace all fuses listed as powering the systems that aren't working - including the interior fuse panel, not just the under-hood box.
Pull/check/replace cleans the contacts a bit by itself, and often cures electrical gremlins, plus you can't check easily without a good look...
