Word on the street is that the Zx3 head gasket bumps the svt compression up a bit. I would like to know if that is a true or false. Also what's the gain of this slight compression gain if any.

The SVT is already 10.2 compression , the slight gain the thinner gasket gives is not worth the few HP and added spk knock you will get , when all said and finished the timing that has to be removed vs the ompression gain is about a wash

Things that help a SVT is
Tune
HFC / ORP
T/B

yeah a thinner gasket is alot of work for a little gain. There are bigger fish to fry when it comes to adding aftermarket.
