: What can the Duratec handle AFTER replacing the rods?

I know the rods are the weak point in the Duratec. So, once the stock rods are swapped out (going w/ Eagles), what will it be able to safely handle? I'm eventually looking to get 300-325 to the ground. Anything else to look out for?

Sorry if this has been covered before. I didn't find what I was looking for w/ the search. If it has already been discussed, a link would be fine. Thanks.

Yes that will get you to your goals

Rods , eagle are fine
forged pistons
ARP head and main studs

Thats the big things that need changing
