Hey guys,

So I removed my motor an tranny when I was rebuilding the front end of the car and the arms on the tranny that the clutch cables attach to must have been moved. Now everything is back together, but it wont go into any gear. Thinking I have them hooked up wrong. Not sure really. Any suggestions? What cable goes where and where should those arms be located if the stick is in nuetral? Thanks guys!

Check this post for adjusting the shift linkage:

Nothing about the orientation of the arms though.
Best I can do for that is to take a look at one of the pics in the counterweight removal thread:

I've got a little bigger/brighter pic, if you want to PM me your email, I'll send it off to ya.
EDIT;
Ah, what the heck...here it is:

OK...I know this question will come up.
The transmission is in reverse gear at the time the picture was taken.
(Easier to get at the counterweight that way)
