Hey my girlfriend drove her focus over today with her tuner she got and as i was going to open the box i realised the box says 03-04 focus svt only.. Problem is hers is an 02' I have not installed the tune yet as i was worried maybe complications would arise any body have any quick info for me?

I agree, it should work, as I don't believe there is any difference, besides a different factory tune. But to be sure, I would contact Diablosport and ask!

Your fine to install the tune , what tune do you have , may need to pull fuses 46/61 depending on where you got it from

^^ pulling those fuses only disables the dash lights so your battery has more power and it doesnt cause any malfunctions during the tune. it isn't absolutely necessary to pull those fuses. but yeah, the predator should work on that note ;) good luck

On a small number of cars, it IS necessary, mine being one of them!

It is just a safe guard that I now follow since it takes longer to reload everything if it doesn't go correct the first time.

NO! It all depends on the firmware your running if the fuses have to be pulled or not and where you got the predator from

9r04 is the only CROM file (top of the Predator screen when booted up)that 99.9% of the time you dont have to pull the fuse, The fuses being pulled have nothing to do with the power it has to do directly with loading the tune

If your CROM is not a 9r04 it is 100% necessary to pull fuse 46/61 to load the tune

The Predator works with any year SVT
