If you can't find one get in touch with the user mlbbaseball. He'll find you one for a good price. He always has the parts everybody else wants.

Jackson Racing Supercharger is most likely your best bet because they are normally the easiest to find and on the cheaper side. But your limited to around 200whp (also depends if you have the BBK) and a lot of guys say they throw a lot of heat.
1,500 is a pretty tight budget, Im not going to say it's impossible but very optimistic. Budget should be closer to 3,000+ but Im sure people have done it for less
I came in with the same attitude a few months ago looking to boost my SVT. I was asking the same questions and people on here hear it all the time. So coming from someone who was in your shoes, do a lot of research, bust out another grand or two, look into turbo, use the search button. There is no such this as a complete kit or a cheap kit.
I ended up picking up a used procharger kit. I'll be about 3,500 by the time its on.
