So, being on a college budget and paying tuition for a $36k a year school means my car is going to be quite a long term project. It's a Silver, 2008 Sedan SE and I'm going for a black and silver theme here.So far, I have tinted the windows, just got a custom cat-back exhaust to a Flowmaster Super 44 muffler, and have a 2009 black grille on the way with a black Ford emblem coming soon as well. Once I get these two parts put on I'll post up some pictures. As soon as I can find a decent video camera I'll also post up some exhaust vids. I'm planning to get these wheels once summer starts because I'll be working full time:

well seeing as how I have a silver and black theme going as well, HIDS would be something i would recommend. U could get hids and maybe some projectors to or just put the hids in ur stock housings. I would also maybe lower the car to make those rims look even better, maybe paint some parts on your car to match the silver.

@Focus Freak, Thanks man I was planning on lowering it someday when funds allow. What did you use to lower it and how much was it? Yea I'm planning to do projectors when I can, drivers with HIDs in stock housings kill me when they drive by, the spread on the lights is ridiculous sometimes LOL.

Well I got the svt suspension which I don't think will fit on the 08 so u would have to google it and see what's availiable for ur car.

Those lights are sweet looking. Is that the complete kit or do you still need to get the HID kit to put into that housing?

Where are you getting the black for emblem from, and is it a direct replacement for the one on the front grille?

I ebay'ed my set; theres also an alternative now that has the black parts all chromed out if you're into that

@andrew I got the emblem from ebay for about 5 bucks lol it's a direct replacement for the front one. I got the black grille from an 09 and I figured the emblem would look pretty sweet on there too.

@LTL Do you have a link to those blacked out ones?

Let me know how the emblem goes, because the original has the backing with the nut type things that hold it on. I'm assuming that eBay link is just some chrome plastic sticker?

Yea it's the full emblem, has depth to it, just an adhesive backing I think instead of bolts. We'll see how it goes once mail gets in.

If you're asking about the headlights, it's listed in my signature, except the fog lights, which the ones in the picture were the old halogen ones.

I also have a black grille now too, so it's a little outdated.

says black with chrome insert in the description. I think the CHROM finish section means it isn't flat back
