He's looking at 2002 Ford Focus SVT. He can get it cheap but, when he ran the VIN threw Carfax this came up this

Now the guy did buy at auction. He said they did that because of altered suspension on the car [dunno]

Has anyone ever heard of this??

very possible, but I would take it somewhere to have the thing looked over to make sure there were no frame repairs made.

That's what I told him and take it to good body shop, who knows what to look for. I've just never heard them doing that? I know the car was repop and that's why it ended up at the auction. Thanks!!
