Hai, so I have wanted to go to a g2g meet out here since i'm from UT but move out to AZ. Finally now that the 09 yr has calmed down was kinda curious as to when the next Foci Meet will be or to kinda start planning one since I don't see many going on.

Also after watching i believe it was the SoCal December g2g meet video they posted, those foci were "how do you say it. . . AMAZING!" Anyways lets see what we can pull together out here to kinda rise above em. haha!

I'll try to find and re-post the video if you guys haven't seen it yet, or atleast post the link for you guys, cuz it was an amazing video!

Well that is definetly new news for me. I'll have to check out all of them for sure. I only new about Mt. Lemmon and tend to go up there with the fiance n 2 boys (3yrs old and 8months) n just get some subway sandwiches n snacks n hangout n eat up there about 2-3 times a month. . . depending on the days I have off ya kno.

But definetly I think with the feedback so far we should really start figuring this out. Cuz i'm pretty sure with give or take a month of planning n scheduling it there shuld be many people to make it. . .

ProJect what part of UT are you from? I just moved from the Ogden/Roy area in April. We have had 2 meets so far, not enough, and a few little get togethers at random places and they where pretty nice.

I'm actually from Clearfield. . . Over by like Layton/Clearfield border, towards Syracuse. Born n raised UT. . . N now out in AZ for skool, but now heard that there's gonna b a dental school being built out there, so I think i'ma move back n get a house out there n go to Dental School in UT. . . But still have about a yr or so before I'll think about movin back home. . .

I use to live in Clearfield, right down from the High School. I'm not sure I could ever move back there I was born a raised there too.

I vote for the weekend of 27 feb. Gives a lot of notice for maximum turn out and time for every one to get the cars ready (ok gives me time to get parts painted and suspension installed). As for where im not sure, both lemmon and south mountains were done last year and canyon runs are kind of frequent.

We could do a run up the 60 to the 191 and back down the 60 its like a 12 hours drive but it would be a lot of fun there are a lot of twisties on 191.

thats the road I was told about by one a tha guys I work with. He was saying there was tonz of twisty's. . . I think it would be pretty cool as long as we got a lot of ppl to show up.

We could certainly get more dudes to come if we went in late Feb. I can try to grab some of the FJ dudes as well, although plenty of them are already FF members.

Did some Focus work w/ SOHCTUNER at his gf's house in Glendale, then bought troy1nonly's UDP in Phoenix, installed it, fixed my header, also went for dinner w/ my sister's bf and his sister and gave him a ride back to Tucson. (He was up in the Valley to drop off his STI to get tuned and fixed at Dyno Comp in Scottsdale)

Somehow, he told me the weekend before that if I came up last weekend, he'd have the money. But, mysteriously, "something came up" the day before and now he didn't have anything. NOW he says that if I come up to Phx after Feb 1, he "might" be able to pay me $50 or so. (Out of the $120 he owes me)

I'm moving back to Tempe next month, and might knock on his door and say hello....with a foot up his ass

I told him if he wasn't willing to pay me anytime soon, I'd just take the Iceman back and call it even. But he's telling me now that he sold it with the car. Oh, and that he doesn't have any money left from the sale because he used most of it to pay off the original loan for the car.

What a piece of shit! Seriously, this kid sucks. I only helped him because I didn't want the other people to get scammed, and also to give him the oppertunity to make things right with everyone and stick to his word. When was the last time anyone talked to him?

Anyway, back on topic, there's a benefit g2g for the family of a guy that passed away this past year, and it'll be going on up in the Prescott area. If you have a FJ account, we've got a thread going on about it over at the Dez, and I'll start a separate thread here as well.
