do u want to a custom kit or diy kit? One of the first things you have to determine is, how much power do you want?
Power can be addictive.

Read the sticky threads and do some searching youll find most everything you need. Welcome to the site.

Seriously man you need to read up a little bit. And if you want something new for under 4k your not gonna find it. You can probably find a decent kit on the bst forum here for around 2.5k. Good luck. Oh and stock internals on your is around 12 psi depending on what turbo you are running and quite a few other stuff.

Well i went through the sticky and got some of my basic info aside from the little that i knew. I have an Airesearch T4/T3. Its got .96 on the hotside, and .60 on the other. I didnt get a chance to make it to the garret site so im just wonderin if the one i have is to big?

I want to eventually run 20psi, but not for a bit. Also had a question about the heads on a stock zetec that i didnt understand from the sticky. Are the stock zetec heads already ported?

Alright, what are your power goals? And do you mind moderate turbo lag? Once we know this we can make recommendations.

I know its to big so now its for sale. I'll put it up on here soon. I dont really mind turbo lag as long as it gets me some boost. my power goals are lower. Im thinkin of running 10psi and thats about it for now

I know for sure what my horsepower is right now with the few mods the car has on it, but im thinkin its some where in the area of mid to high 130's to low 140. i just wanna put a small turbo in that will boost my horsepower. Not lookin to rebuild the entire motor yet, but we'll see how things go

Good safe HP for the stock Zetec is in the 230 to 240 range and you relly should go over the 250HP mark stock
