okay so I was just wondering what gear you guys are using for your focus photoshoots.
My gear currently consists of 1 nikon d40, 1 standard 17-55mm lense and 1 tripod. What's everyone else using?

Ouch. Not many photographers here. I use a Pentax DSLR with a 18-55 walk around and a 650-1300 MONSTER for scenery on a cannon rebel 35mm. Yes, seriously. I had a guy come up to me and ask "is that really film?"

well......I ALMOST had a Nikon D60 with a tripod, wide angle and telephoto lens' and a CRAP load of more stuff...... for about $600. I had to cancel because parents didn't like it. LOL.
uh so I AM pleased with my camera (reminds me I gotta post my speed week photos. VERY clear.) It's one of those "bridge" cameras, a wide angle/telephoto all in one 10mp camera. love it, and it's great for only about $250 IIRC.
I have a radioshack tripod, silly but it works..... also have a 4GB miniSD card with expansion slot for xD cameras (olympus especially)
and well I still have my Kodak M753 that's basically broken (doesn't always take pics. just turns off. LOL.) I don't blame it though, in the year I had it (working) I took around 11k photos. LOL.

Im shooting with all kinds of stuff, but my Digital Bag consists of:
Canon Digital Rebel XT w/ battery grip
18-55 crap lens
I then borrow Pocket Wizards and 430EXs from school =D
I also have a film Canon FTb, which has:
55mm f/1.2 (sharpest, most amazing lens ever)
I own about 15 other cameras ranging from a 1910 Kodak Autographic to Holgas and even a few polaroids. Im kinda a junkie when it comes to cameras.
