Whats up people....I just finished installing my procharger kit and I must say it was a very simple yet challenging install. I took my time and worked real slow....It took me about 2.5 days to complete. I had a few problems installing the belt and the charge piping took a while to get right. I had to bend alot of power steering piping, but other then that, everything was pretty straight forward. Actually with my experience....it all seemed a bit too easy...i thought for sure it wouldnt start or it would catch fire or something. So Tom sent me a start up tune..I loaded it up, closed my eyes, and turned the key....It fired right up and idled strong. I almost forgot to start datalogging, i was surprised it was running so smooth. So heres some pics to show the final install....I'll keep guys updated with the tuning and evebtually a dyno run....

Should be around 13#....im using the 10# kit with the 5.7'' Overdrive pulley.

I havent had a chance to drive it yet...its actually still on jack stands...but i should get it rolling today.

Awesome, looks nice man. Also, good on ya for installing a FMIC instead of the BMIC that it normally comes with. 13# is gonna put you in your seat.

your going to love!just got my kit on and tom is still tweaking the tune for me. but just from the wot runs i love it. looks like you have a bov, i thought bypass was the way to go. although i guess alot of guys vent to atmosphere with the bypass anyways so it probably doesnt matter.

I keep getting this message right before i start datalogging...."datalogging on SCP 32 bit device may be sporadic"....what is that supposed to mean?

When i click "start datalogging" it does just fine for about 30 seconds then the elapsed time and all the signals start to hesitate...then the xcal3 loses connection...WTF?

do you have to change the clutch when you put your procharger on.just wandering because im getting one at income tax time

If you run 8 psi, your clutch will hold up for a little while because the torque isn't overpowering. If you ran 10+ psi, I would say your clutch will start to slip. Even 8 psi will gradually wear it down, but you could just wait until it dies. Now if you had 300 trq, that would destroy a stock clutch.

Yeah my stock clutch was toast about 15k miles ago....i replaced it so it should hold up for a while
