2000 Prelude 126k miles..... Not sure if timing belt was done. Car looks to be pretty clean. I can get it for 5900. Should I pass or not? It's a honda, so I would assume it's reliable though it has a lot of miles. I have a Foci with 120k miles that's unmodded.

My friend has a 97 Prelude 5spd with about that many miles, and he's selling his for $4500. Want some pics ?

That seems like a lot of money for a nearly 10 year old car with lots of miles. I'd look elsewhere.

Let the thread Die... I passed on it... Some things are shady with the car.

That's actually cheaper than what it goes for on most used car lists. Even in fair condition it can go for over $5,500 even with that many miles.

the prelude is a nasty little package but as a rule of thumb I never buy a vehicle with over 100k... call me anal, but once you hit 6 digits it seems like you open a whole new can of worms (unless it's a 90's grand cherokee, that happens at 60K lolz) I would just get something slightly less used if you want something else
