Paid to get the car back and part it out YAY! :). It got diliverd today and parts have been STRIPED!!!!!!boo :(. It was supposed to be kept at a "sucure" location till i could get it back. So it was brought and hour away to a salvage yard that had a 6ft electric fence around the place. Well i get it back and my, CAI,DVD PLayer, Tac, Compaciter, And they tried to steel my steering wheel, and messed it all up![bash][?|][V][chair][bawling][bawling][bawling] WWTTTFFF!!!!! We called the salavge yard and there a bunch of DIP SHITS! and dont know a damn thing! So were waiting for the manager to call us, and we made a police report with the local police. Im going to go through and make a list of parts stolen take pictures, and not sell anything off it till i get my [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)]g money back for this im so pissed rite now its not even funny i need this money so bad to pay all this of its horible. I will let you guys know whats going on and when i can sell parts. More pics will be posted, lots of them with everything for sale. Buuut i have to wait on this BS now sorry! Maybe the delivery guy stoped to grab a burger and thats when your stuff got jacked? I dunno how anyone could deliever something that has a busted window and is supposed to be in good condition.

sadly the odds are tghat some of the lot workers took that shit thinking no one would have noticed. i used to work at a tow lot for a year. never stole anything , but i know that goes on.

I know this may sound grim but the chances of even getting anything back is almost nil. But wish you the best of luck in trying to get it back though. And even if you try to file this with your insurance company they will only cover the parts that came on the car from the factory unless you gave your insurance company a detailed list of everything that you want insured on the car.

Well i bought the car with all that on there, the insurance is a smaller company and the guy we always goe through is super cool. Plus the yard has some sort of insurance its self and they take pics of the cars before and after they enter and exit. So the salvage yard is responsible and my insurance company is helping us get a hold of them and take care of it. I dont care if i get the parts back, at this point i just need the money (the only reson for realy trying to go at this) They stole $1000 worth of stuff and i owe $1500 on the car. So that would almost be paid of, plus i have to get a new car!

I wouldn't trust any impound yard. There's probably tall fences and razor wire all around the place. You might also see video cameras. Probably no one bothered to check the tapes....

In my experience, these things are usually inside jobs.
