hey,

i have a 07 focus ZX5 SES... i want to do some painting for the a/c vent frames... i dunno how to take it out... i've taken out the driver side vent by the door... but the middle one and the passenger one, i've got no clue... i m hesitant to just yank the things out...

on the 07s, the vents r not the circular ones... it's the rectangular frames... the middle frame surrounds 2 vents and the hazard signal lights...

if any one can help me out, that'd b great.. i cant find it online... i've found quite a few post for the 00-04 design... my bro has the 2000 focus and painted them blue...

First of all, welcome to FF. Just so you know there are different boards for different things. This thread would have been a good one to put in the Interior mods board.

But now to answering your question. I'm pretty sure most people have used a flat head screw driver to get theirs out. Just put it under the bottom part and carefully pry it out.
