So Found out yesterday the lower control arm on my 07 Sedan is busted... I am beginning to hate replacing parts... good news is I am going to be ordering a ford racing suspension kit from Hilbish soon which means its time for a post over in the suspension forum to find out about alignment stuff for it lol.

thats sucks.......... Mike told me that you dont have to get it aligned unless you go down 2" but I was paranoid and got mine aligned after the 1.5' drop

Always get it realigned after lowering a vehicle.

and buy the adjustable camber bolts. You won't need camber arms, just the bolts, for anything under I think 2 inches. That way your mechanic can adjust the camber and you won't get uneven wear.
