: Datalogging without a PC?

I'm guessing NO since you have to run Live Link to view the data results, correct?

The reason I'm asking is because I don't have a laptop PC to use without borrowing one. All my machines are Macs, and I'm horribly lazy to partition and load XP or RC7 on my Intel Mac.

Not that this helps you any, but Win7 is well worth the effort over Vista.
You can run an XP Mode VM if you need an older OS.

So unless SCT starts supporting MAC's.... [rolleyes] your going to have to have WinDoze[sleep]

I datalog to the xcal3 device itself and then transfer it to livelink. Its kinda dumb and if you can do it the other way its better but until sct decides to support vista64bit i have to do this round about way. Im considering making a partition so that I can just fking log on the laptop though.

Just so you know, livelink will not connect to your ecu using windows xp in VMWare Fusion. I tried and it wont work. I didn't bother to try using bootcamp, i just used one of my other laptops.

Go to the pawn shop and get a used 75-150 computer just for tuning
