I have always had this issue where sometimes my car idles high (~1500 RPM), and I noticed in a datalog that the idle mode is -1 when this occurs. It happens a lot when I come to a stop with my foot off the gas with the clutch in. The idle mode should be going to 1 - idle speed control.
So, has anyone ran into this same issue? I did notice that my closed throttle TPS counts are around 118, which is about 0.58 Volts.

you mean throttle mode flag? that should be -1 when the throttle is "closed", 0 in part throttle, and 1 when WOT

No, I actually do mean Idle Mode Flag.
Copied from SCT forum:
-1 Dashpot Take foot off gas
0 Dashpot Proposition Normal Driving
1 RPM Control Mode RPM control mode
2 RPM Lockout mode RPM outside dead band

Datalog your ISC integrator. The value will change a lot but you want it to hover around 0.0.
What is done to your car?

I have datalogged ISC Integrator, which fluctuates when idle mode is 1 and everything is fine. However, when idle mode is -1 the isc integrator is always 0.
My car is turbocharged with a built 8.5:1 C/R engine and I have a 65mm FC TB.

I figured out that my TPS sensor is bottoming out when the throttle is closed. When I just crack the TB open I don't see any change in TPS voltage. Hopefully fix this will correct the idle problem I've been having.
I've been using the stock TB from my Cougar. So, maybe I'll have to get a focus TB, but then I will also have to splice in a focus connector.
