you should try to do it outta aluminum on ur own, my gf said she just took pics offline n used them.

Back in the day, the car companies used to give out scale models of there cars. My Dad had a '64 Falcon and a '64 Galaxie 500 XL fastback.

it was made out of some soft wood

and the wheels are connected on the same axel, so yes it rolls, and it actually has a hole in the back so u can put a little CO2 canester in there and make it run off of that =p its [:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)] badass

Well I have CAD on my computer, except I have only ever used it for 2-D so I dont know where to start with the 3-D part of the program. If she was willing to share with me I was going to take that file, do some fine tuning to dial in the shapes and curves, and then take it over to the machine shop at school. I promise that I will post pics of my result if I can get it to work!

My wife hates my Focus as well. She got pissed when I bought another car and didn't trade it in...oh well.

What CAD program do you have and what did she use to create it?

I have autocad 2008. its one of the newer versions, so it should be backwards compatable.

I was thinking about doing the same thing at my school but make a program on Mastcam and make it out off brass.

i couldn't tell u how she did it, she just gave it to me =p
