well since its all rainy outside I didn't take a picture
so.. I drew it on paint [wiggle]
It sorta looks like that but probably not as tilted but its enough that you can see it
I've had someone look at it while I drive forward and backward a bit to see if it wobbles and the person could not see it wobble
Did I damage/bend/break something or did the guy that rotated my tires screw something up?
Other than the tire rotation, no one has messed with the tires/wheels
It has 9600 miles on it right now

I know you have an '09 and mine's an '02 but check out the pics. I don't have a shot from straight behind but you can clearly see the difference in mine, just as you describe yours. I've read lots of stuff here about the factory alignment specs allowing too much range. I also know the camber is not adjustable from the factory. All I can think is to add the adjustable upper control arms, because this is ridiculous. Maybe someone knows more than me about the newer models. Free bump for you!

mine seems to be angled too sometimes, i think that alot of it might be because of the shape of the body
see how the right one looks all effed up?

My left rear camber is off (top of tire leaning in) and the dealer would not replace anything under the 3/36 because the alignment was within specs. I am going to replace the upper control arms to fix this. Its a bummer that there is not any alignment adjustments on the rear. Mine will when I am finished.

[:0] got it "fixed" today and hey at least it was for free [driving]
Turns out, when they rotated my tires there was no alignment done.. I thought you were supposed to align it after rotating??
Even the way it was for me, it was "within Ford spec" so it was supposed to be alright..
Maybe it's the tires? I have those Hankook things on there.. They were straight looking before the rotation..
They realigned the front too since my steering wheel was a tad bit off to the left. I noticed that after I had it swapped out for the cruise one and I thought it was installed wrong.. I remembered someone posted that it only goes on one way so it couldn't have been wrong.
and theheat, I think your left one looks messed up more than the right one..

Nope, no connection between rotating tires and alignment.

yeah, i was just looking at that...... was it a warranty thing that they fixed? or did they charge you?
03-31-2009, 04:37 PM
I know for sure it wasn't a warranty thing
But they didn't charge me, I like the service at this dealer, you get free oil changes, just pay for the filter $7.50 + tax, having things done costs much less (comparing prices from the place my mom takes her camry) the tire rotation was $26, the toyota place wanted $89 or something when my mom did hers
This time they squeezed me in in the morning and got me out of there within an hour because I was tight on time and best of all, it was $0 [cheers]

that looks like a upper control arm issue to me. Maybe the bushings are bad??
P.S. there arent any tie rods in the back.

oh well, when i get my next oil change ill have them look at it.
