I was looking at a set of Focus Sport lowering springs for my SVT. They're suppose to drop it 1/1/2 inches. I have heard problems of SVTs having issues dragging the header after being dropped. Would this be an issue I would have to deal with?

I'd like to find that out as well... I would like to lower mine a little for a slightly better stance... but without dragging or being too low.

Is the dragging issue only on SVTs?
I'd like to lower mine a bit but only if I am still able to climb some curbs
(I need to climb a few curbs to park sometimes) [giggle]

you won't drag. you just have to be careful about going over bumps and pulling to far over curbs to park. you have to be aware of what you are doing.
you will be fine as long as you are always aware.
phokus, lower your car and you will be fine. you don't have a header that low to drag. don't sweat it guys.

I don't think i've ever heard of an issue like that. w/ any lowered car you have to be aware, but i don't see any problems. just don't go over curbs.

I don't have the SVT but I do have the SVT header setup. It does hang down a bit but as far as lowering I have mine lowered 1.5" with no problems. As already said, you just need to be aware...dips, bumps, curbs etc. take it easy and you should be OK.

I should drive up to the curbs I frequently climb to figure out how much space I have
I've never bothered to look
