Just want to know where poly bushings squeak comes from (In this case the rear sway bar linkage). Does the squeak come from where the bushing touches the center bolt, Or the bushing expanding/contracting on the support washers. Maybe both? I looked everywhere for this and could not find.

The squeak typically comes from the bar rotating in the bushing. That's why the bushings should have plenty of grease before install.

Oooops! my bad. I am going to specify the sway bar to LCA links. I still have the OEM bar and frame bushings, which Ford specifically states "do not grease" (besides, there rubber not Poly). The squeak did not occur until I put the Poly end links on (moog). So the issue is specific to them.

I believe you have to grease those as well. I greased mine before install. Anytime you have poly rubbing against metal, there's a chance for it to squeak.
