my primary 02 sensor has failed, those are located on the cat? If it is I am planning on getting a straight pipe which will rid me of the cat anyways so I wont bother getting a new 02 sensor

If you do get an ORP, you will need to get a tune or a MIL O2 cheater as you will throw a code if you don't.
