I have KYB with Tein S techs and full poly bushings including rear trailing arms...my rear suspension has started making some funny sounds...I get this "swinging" sound....sounds like something is loose and just swinging around....it only happens on rough roads...and upfront on really worn down roads I get this "clicking" sound almost like something isent as tight as it should be....feels like the suspension is kind off "vibrating" off the bumps..I know these seem to be typical problems...but my car never really had alot of suspension noise until recently...the poly bushings probally have 45-50k on them....whats a good greese to use on the bushings...I wanna lube everything really good.
I know this seems to be a post that shows up ALOT..im sorry![headbang]

well you aren't supposed to really grease poly bushings from what i know of them. especially not with something like a wd40, that could cause a premature wear issue and cause problems you didnt already have.
i would venture to guess that your sounds are coming from sway bar end links. i would make sure they are tight but not too tight and i would make sure the fronts are greased up.
do you have the moog greasable endlinks in the front? if not lmk and i can hook you up with a set i have in my garage.
other then that i would make sure the springs are seated right in the rear, because that may also cause the problem.
you know my number, text me if you need more solutions and i'll see what i can do.

^^No i have the FOMOCO stock pieces...I have some brand new front end links i never installed...so im not really too worried about the front endlinks...what about the strut mounts....do those tend to wear out?? Im thinking of pulling the front struts off and inspecting the strut mounts....as far as the rear...im gonna do what you said and make sure the springs are sitting in there right....I read somewhere that the brake lines can be banging around on the body somewhere in the rear so im gonna check that out also...I will keep everyone updated as far as what I find out...thanks Derrick.

yea thats another good option the strut mounts.
maybe also check the top shock mounts on the rear shocks as well...make sure the bushings are in good shape.

the only thing that can be greased on suspension i s the stabilizef bar bushing , and i would recomend white grease.

i was told by mike(b16sir1991) that if i get the graphite impregnated bushings i wouldnt have to lube them once a year.
so, with that said, im guessing you do have to lube them. im just going by what he said tho, dont know to much about the topic myself
