does anyone know what type of header this is. All i know is that it is ceramic coated and it used to be Waynes focus.

One last thing. i have a peice between the header and flexpipe that looks like the pipe but is flatter and wider. would this be the cat?

that look slike the svt header. that flat wide thing would be a cat.

thats the ford racing ceramic coated svt header, yes that is a resonator, and yes that would be the cat

how would you tell a difference b/w a stock cat and hfc. mine looks to have a ford logo with 2 sets of letters and numbers like part numbers or serial numbers of some kind

The stock cats are flat of course and are a one piece looking things and will have a few lines of numbers/letters and the ford logo. A high flow Cat for an SVT will look like this or very similar...
