ok i thought there was a how-to put up about this but i haven't found it.. i did a search and found one for the SVT model and while that would work for the driver's side door.. is there an "easy" way to power the lights on the passenger side and the rear doors? i'm swapping out the color and want to get all the lights working.

hmmm dont know what to tell you, i never did the back doors since i dont have any... try using a test light to find a power source for the back doors? im not even sure what they look like off the top of my head

Hey, I am still working on it. I need to get the power to the windows, but if I get it finished I will let you know, I have a 4dr. Let me know if you find an answer also!

I just did the lock switches on the front doors on my sedan, following the How-To that's clearly posted in the How-To section. Piece of cake. As for the rear doors...they don't even have lock switches. I don't know if the window switches light up or not, I'd assume they do. If not, who cares? I never ride back there. Actually, no one at all ever rides back there. And if they do, I don't care if they can find the window switch or not! I have them locked. Now...maybe I should figure out how to lock the passenger front window, too? When I switch to 'lock' I want all of them locked! Not just the rears.

yeah lol i realized this morning that the switches in the back do light up.. just the green is hard to see.. but that's ok as i'm doing a color switch

dog, is yours a 4dr? if so, what wires did you use to light them up? and what colour led's did you use?

I used the writeup that's in the How-to section of these forums. It isn't for a 4 door. Still worked. I think on the driver's side one wire might have been different, but if you know how to use a testlight...it's very easy. I was getting confused because I thought the lights turned on with your parking lights, but they turn on whenever the key is in RUN.
Piece of cake though, and well worth it. Both doors took me under 20 minutes.

Ok, I was not sure, that is fine. Once I run the new wires to get the power to the windows I will do this. Thanks!
