Reminds me of a story backin the states. A guy decided to remodel his house after he moved in. Stuck a hammer through the wall tos tart with and found millions of dollars worth of rare paintings hidden inside the walls. Her husband had died many years earlier and she had never gone out to his workshop after he died. She sold the house "as is" with everything in it except her personal stuff. The guy who bought it began cleaning out the workshop and discovered that underneath a pile of boxes, lumber and other junk was a completely original 53 corvette with less that 5000 miles (I think), and it was in perfect shape. That car was worth a lot of money back then.
