has anyone seen a pictre of the 2010 focus or herd what it is going to be in it or is ford keeping it hush hush? ive read it is sapposed to be a totally new line with the ecoboost engines.

i REALLY hope they bring over the sedan, as well as offer the ST or the RS in all body styles, 3 and 5 door hatches, and the sedan.

now , i do not like the 08-09 focus. you could give me one that is the yop of the line and i would still get rid of it . but if we go ahold of focis ^^^^ like them i would be all over a 2 door. now im going to say it before any other people say it. this thread is in the wrong place and im sure somone is going to be moving it shortly. just a fyi

nope, gettin the hatch for sure. if you looked in that link, you can see that they showed it off at a us auto show.

I know there's a lot of people that work for dealerships here, so if anyone in the know could clarify whether the ST or RS will be showing up, I'd appreciate it greatly!

Oh, and if either one will be an option, when will the dealers start taking orders????

Mods, I have an idea....make a sticky for the MKIII Focus or next generation or whatever. Besides the fact that people keep creating new threads, many of the threads created cannot really be answered. Information on the next generation focus is very iffy and theres only a small amount of info that is set in stone....i.e. the next focus will be a global car again. So I propose that a sticky be made so people can go and look at up-to-date information on the upcoming Mkiii focus....instead of flooding the forum with threads on the same questions over and over and possible out dated info that isnt true anymore. I find the same thing occuring in the Fiesta part of the forum, people seem confused on whats true or not. Anyway so yea, a sticky basically saying, discuss all info here, and update it everytime new credible information about the next focus comes out. Put the Update in biiiigggg boolllddddd letters lol.

He told me that wiat till we get these cars, theyre planning on doing alot more with this car than they have for all other Focus'. This probably means that we will at least get the ST. The 2010 Mazda Speed3, except for sheet metal, "is' the new RS.

Actually the next global Focus will be launched as a 2011 model year, not as a 2010.
So North America current Focus soldiers on for 2 more years.

Ummm. So what you said he said is that, if we want the RS, we buy a Mazda Speed3? Is that what you meant to say?

Thats incorrect i do not believe the 2010 MS3 will come with the 300+hp 5cylinder turbo charged engine. Its RS Or nothing at all :)
