Would the 03 2.0l zetec be a direct drop in from the 1.6l, the new engine seems to be cheaper then the tune up required on our 1.6l.

It will fit, but the only thing I can think of that will be different is the wiring. Now don't take my word for it as I've never done the swap, only read about the power upgrades from UK.

Might check into Fastfords.co.uk its a euro ford tuner mag & they have a tech area for the focus.
