so my new 2008 focus starts making a grinding noise 2 weeks ago it went in to ford last Monday they ripped the car apart and couldnt find the problem so it sat there and sat there then i get a call from the tech guy and he says the cars been in a front end accident and the whole front end has been just tossed back together like garbage and the tranny is shot from the impact and ive never been in a accident with the car so they wont fix it for me so i go pick it up pay 200$ for nothing
then i call the dealer ship and they say the car hasn't been in a accident so now im stuck with a so called "brandnew" focus with a shot auto tranny that wont get fixed now

so pretty much ford sold me a "brandnew" car that was in a accident and that they fixed it and sold it as brandnew car and now there just screwing me around not helping me at all

so im going to call ford canada on Tuesday and see if i can get a new focus or something out of this is im so pissed off

and plus after i get the car back from ford my stereo system was completely unhooked for no reason so i spent the day today re hooking all the wires up and they didn't even unhook them properly they just ripped the wires right out

so im quite choked over this all but them new 09's sure look good i might just trade in my 08 for a 09 if they wont do nothing for me [scream]

Get a written statement from the shop you took it to, and physically take it to the dealership and demand a full refund for the car. If they won't do it, tell them you'll take your hard evidence to Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus and also threaten that you will sue. And don't go alone; you'll be more confidant and they'll be less likely to take you lightly

I'm not really sure how to handle this in canada, but you should reach out to the dealer first. Remember, screaming and hollering will not get you anything, keep cool and calm.
