well today i went to clean my focuses engine bay up well anyway i sprayed some engine degreaser on the engine let it set well when i went to spray it off i noticed that the engine oil dipstict was barely up but i don't think any water got down in it what should i do should i change my oil or what i need some advice!!

I'm not an expert mechanic, so this is just friendly advice, but its probably not good to get water or any other liquid mixed in with your oil. If you don't think any or much got in, then you probably have nothing to worry about, but if you want to be safe you could change the oil.

The best thing to do is drive a little, then pull the dipstick. If the oil looks ok, you're fine, if it looks like chocolate milk, you may have an issue, to be safe, if it even looks good, go ahead and change the oil this weekend

change the filter too, it only cost you a few extra bucks, and if water got in contact with the filter which is paper then that has to go too, if you dont your wasting your money on new oil, and it only takes an extra few mins
