okay, this is going to be wierd to explain, but its to late to go out and take pics. so here goes:

On the drivers side door, on the exterior side of the window there is a rubber piece with a lip that presses up against the window. Its there to keep the water out of the door. Is everyone picturing that strip?? Good.

My issue.. the corner closest to the rear of my car lifts a bit everytime i roll up the window.. how do i get the little bastard to stay down? Thin bead of silicone? Gorilla Glue? 3m double sided tape?

I guess if people dont know what im talking about i could get a pic, but Im hoping i was clear enough

just get some sort of strong adhesive!! that will work, just make sure you don't get any on ur window!! epoxy will work well!!

Does it look bent at all?

There are metal strips inside the rubber that keep tension on the door skin. If they become bent for some reason (keys locked in car and had a locksmith come out) the dew gasket (is what it is called) will not sit right and do what you are describing.
You could try using a pliers and squeeze the strips back into position, just hard enough to match the contour of the rest of the gasket. Or you can use a little silicone. i would say try to avoid any type of superglue or epoxy as they may damage the paint if the gasket ever has to be completely removed.
