Well, the mini cooper works has a 200hp turbo lol. That would kinda be the equivalent of this car, the regular S is like a ST fiesta.

Nvm its 189hp with an overboost potential of 200ft/lbs of tq. Still close to 200hp. The mini cooper is such a cool car, if I wasnt like 6 feet tall I would buy one....plus the gas mileage is insanely good.

Damn, that thing look hot. I want one!

wow, if Ford were to make this available in the states I would actually buy a Ford again, but not if it comes with a craptastic "semi-automatic" transmission like the article mentions; same reason I won't but most cars out there, lack of a true manul gearbox, damn the general public and thier automatic trans love!!!

Actually the new Zetec S will replace the current Zetec S (they have pretty similar specs), it'll be the the third version of the Zetec S, though it's difficult to tell whether the new one will be the fastest of the three. The RS will replace the ST, Ford is raising their game to compete with the Vauxhall Corsa VXR and Renault Clio Renault sport 197 etc.

Top Gear should be all over that one!!!


They should but they probably won't, they didn't even mention the Focus RS in the series just gone (the last episode 'til the autumn aired on Sunday), despite it being the cover car of Top Gear magazine last month and it being unveiled at the British International Motorshow last Tuesday.
