Wow, if Volvo actually made this thing, it would be so awesome and one of the sickest cars out. Also it would probably be the what the Focus RS should of been by many enthusiasts standards. It would even better if it came the US, but so far its just a rumor and might not make it to any markets.

The REAL reason the new RS will remain FWD! Awesome concept but i wish it was more than a rumor, wish it was cheaper than it looks, and wish it was a Focus!

Don't worry, they 9 chances in 10 they won't make it. They stopped producing the R-line S60 and V70 due to lacking sales, I can't see them trying again.

Haha, well I think its more up to volvo if they make it then Ford, it would be awesome if they make it, thats probably the best description of it yet though, a "safe" sti killer lol. Well standard sti, and only if volvo keeps the weight down, subbies coming out with the spec whatever which is suppose to be lighter and slightly more powerful.
Who knows though, if Ford sells volvo they might continue and actually make this thing. Ford got rid of aston and we still saw the dbs, and soon a vantage v8, jaguar is coming out with some pretty great cars...rumor is a two seat mini xk will be rolling around in a couple of years. So who knows, we might see one.

True, but im sure ford gets a pretty big say in what goes on..
Your talking about the Spec C? its like 150ish lbs lighter, but yeah the C30 seems big and heavy already.. add on AWD to that.. eh..
Either way I just hope they continue with this.... Although im getting that whole "i want the euro focus in the states" vibe from this... so maybe in what.. 6 years they will make it? lol

When I first heard of the C30, all I could think of was a future filled with C30R's. I could see it in Europe, but not here. Nobody is buying a 33K compact. Wait people buy VW R3*'s?!?
It's sexy. A C30 with AWD in stock trim would be fine, you can always turn the boost up.
