: ZXtuner lacks Customer service

I currently have a F2 STS, not so happy with, and I am having trouble with this STS, I have clearance and linkage problems. So I have decided to get another STS to replace the F2 STS. So the end of April, I ordered a STS from Rob @ ZXtuner base on the picture on his website.

It takes more than 6 weeks to get it. I recieved finally the 1st week of june and what do it get is the same as the F2 STS. Which i already have. So i call that same day and tell them that i am sending it back, for the reasons that i already explained. I turn it around and the same afternoon that I recieved the STS it goes right back to ZXtuner. So I am patiently waiting for my credit to my CC, i have sent Rob an email and haved called number and have recently called the warehouse #, and to this date have not recieved my refund or heard what is taking so long for the refund. please let me know/ or give me some BS that will satisfy me!!!!
