mentioning and recruiting are 2 different actions. Moderators/Founders of other forums found it necessary to spam through our PM system to recruit our members to their forum. The members that these PMs were sent to did not want the invitation and spamming is against our TOS. However, mentioning other forums to members who ask is not.
